Made from naturally grown organic and biodynamic heirloom golden apples and produced at Bereziartua in Astigarraga, Gipuzkoa, in the Basque region. Hand-picked apples are fed into a proprietary crusher for first press juice only. The juice is moved to wooden barrels for wild, natural fermentation and aging for five months. From the barrel it’s moved straight to the bottle without filtration. No additives or adulterations, and gluten free. Ordago is Basque for being “all in”.
